Our course kits are estimated to take up to 7 days from purchase, however if we are out of stock this will take longer.

Unfortunately we cannot accept order cancellations or returns of items. Once a payment has cleared, we work on preparing and packing your order soon after your order has been placed.

 

Your items are carefully inspected before shipping to avoid any faults in your order, however if you do notice a faulty item, please notify us within 48 hours for us to deal with your query as soon as possible. After this date, we will not be able to issue refunds and only allow for exchanges.

 

During the current Pandemic, delivery services are expected to be delayed which we regret we have no control over, we advise adding another few days to your estimated time.
